Any suggestions for proper image hosting?

Here is the tutorial I have written for XBMC/Sabnzbd, and more. It is designed for a end-user; ie for you to configure a htpc for a friend or relative and augment their understanding with this guide.  Installation, scripts, folder locations, etc are not covered; you should set that aspect up yourself.

I have provided it in doc and pdf, as there might be some things you want to add, remove etc. XBMC is covered, but relatively lightly; I felt like XBMC was the most intuitive aspect of the whole guide and thus the average user should be able to basically figure it out themselves (although all basic functions are covered in the guide)

it has a few prerequisites:

sabnzbd
ember media manager
media info plus
xbmc
nzbdstatus
newzbin
nzbmatrix
makemkv
anydvd
powerdvd 8
aeon

There are a couple more programs/scripts that I have used, that I might in the future post here. Table of contents are below if you're interested. Feel free to take over this document, and do what ever you want to it, I will probably not be editing it that much in the future.
